Thermo is a datacenter provider. We provide server infrastructure for our Customers. We do not manage the content or applications hosted on our infrastructure as this is the direct responsibility of our Customers. Many of our Customers are in fact hosting resellers. As a result, it is possible that the information you are requesting belongs to a Customer of our Customer.

SUBMITTING A SUBPOENA TO THERMO

Thermo accepts subpoenas sent via fax, e-mail, regular, overnight mail and hand-delivery. If your subpoena is e-mailed, please ensure the subject of your e-mail includes the language “SUBPOENA”.

HOW AND WHEN WE WILL REPLY TO A SUBPOENA

Thermo will respond to all valid subpoenas or court orders from entities and courts that have proper subpoena power and jurisdiction over Thermo. We ask that you be as detailed as possible with the subpoena as we will only provide what is specifically requested.

The following are basic requirements for us to identify an account:

  • Times and Dates
  • IP Information
  • Domain/Website/Host information
  • Whether the subpoena may be disclosed to the Customer. Unless the request states the subpoena must remain confidential, Thermo will notify its Customer of the subpoena.

If the subpoena is of a time sensitive nature, please ensure you fax and e-mail a copy of the subpoena to our legal department. We will provide responses to the subpoena via fax, e-mail or regular mail, so please include your preferred method of delivery and your contact information.
