If you require support and want to grant temporary server access to a Thermo Physicist, the Client Portal makes it safe and easy.
From the dashboard, click the + icon, then Contact Support.
In the Contact Support panel, fill the Subject and Type your reply fields. From the Service drop-down list, click your service. Click Add.
Click Secure Data Share.
